Optical Line Terminal

The basis for the Trident7™ Universal Access Platform is a modular and highly advanced Optical Line Terminal (OLT). The Trident7 OLT fully supports ITU-T G.984 GPON and IEEE 802.3 EFM (GE-PON and Point-to-Point) standards. This key advantage ensures that network operators will meet both near-term and far-term goals of advanced service delivery while being positioned to keep pace with evolving market conditions, as well as support any future standards that may evolve, such as WDM PON or IEEE 10G PON.
